CPR is an Emergency Lifesaving Procedure
CPR – or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation – is an emergency lifesaving procedure performed when the heart stops beating. Immediate CPR can double or triple chances of survival after cardiac arrest.
Genise Ochoa, LVN is the owner and lead instructor for Mid Valley CPR Training in Weslaco. Genise started Mid Valley CPR Training in 2020 right before the pandemic. Like many other up starting businesses Genise had to put the business to a hold. Mid Valley CPR Training opened back up again in late 2021. Mid Valley CPR Training currently offers certification by the American Heart Assocation (AHA), Red Cross, and American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI).
To help educate people in the community on the importance of knowing CPR and First Aid skills, and how this education may help save a life of a family member, friend, or co-worker.
